KSM 66^® Organic Ashwagandha – A powerful adaptogenic herb, Ashwagandha can help to improve cortisol levels and thyroid function which can have positive results on your overall health and mood as well as limit weight gain and promote healthy fat loss.  We use KSM-66^® in our product as it is the highest concentration extract of Ashwagandha in the world.
