HERC's Nutrition Canada - Refund Policy

At Herc’s Nutrition we want to make sure that you have the shopping experience and products that you deserve. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! If you have purchased your product whereby we have shipped product to you, we offer a refund to your original payment method OR exchange within 10 days of receiving order. A flat rate $10.00 shipping charge applies. If a product has been purchased using our in-store pickup, or local delivery options. Please contact returns@hercs.com to facilitate the refund/exchange process with the local store owner.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unopened, and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send a refund/exchange request to returns@hercs.com with your order number, date of purchase, and payment method in the email body.
  2. Let us know the nature of the return/exchange in addition to information above.
  3. We will make arrangements to have a shipping label provided.
  4. Affix shipping label to boxed items, and drop off at local post office.


Additional Information:

Once receiving the product back out our warehouse, we will initiate the refund/exchange. At that time we will resend new product(s) and/or refund your purchase. The $10.00 flat rate shipping will be subtracted from refund amount and/or charged to original payment method. If products are lost or damaged during the return process, we will escalate with the shipping company, after which we will initiate the normal return procedure.
