HERC's Nutrition Canada - Refund Policy

At HERC’S Nutrition we want to make sure that you have the shopping experience and products that you deserve. If you’re looking to return or exchange your products, we're here to help! If you have purchased your product whereby, we have shipped the product to you, we offer a refund to your original payment method OR exchange within 10 days of receiving order in its original packaging and sealed. Shipping is paid by the customer back to fulfillment location. If a product has been purchased using our in-store pickup, or local delivery options. Please contact returns@hercs.com to facilitate the refund/exchange process with the local store owner. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unopened, and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange on shipped orders, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send a refund/exchange request via this link: Refunds/Exchange.
  • You can also log into your account online and view your order history and there will be a returns button there as well. 
  • Have your order number, date of purchase, and payment method ready. 
  • Let us know the nature of the return/exchange in addition to information above. 
  • We will arrange to have a shipping label provided. 
  • Affix shipping label to boxed items and drop off at local post office. 

 Additional Information:

Once we receive the package, we would then initiate the refund or resend the product(s). If we are shipping products for an exchange, the flat rate shipping fee will be subtracted from refund amount and/or charged to original payment method. If products are lost or damaged during the return process, if you have opted into our shipping insurance protection via Route please submit a claim through your Route portal and it will be handled accordinglyIf you opted out of the purchase protection plan then we will escalate with the courier, after which we will initiate the normal return procedure.
