Notre protéine phare est composée d'un isolat de lactosérum super pur à 100 %, d'un hydrolysat de lactosérum à action rapide et de pratiquement rien d'autre. Nous avons complètement omis l'utilisation de concentrés de lactosérum ainsi que de crèmes, de gommes, d'acides aminés et d'autres charges qui diluent ce pour quoi vous êtes vraiment venu : les protéines. Le résultat est un pourcentage de pureté des protéines (PPP) à la pointe de l'industrie allant jusqu'à 87 %.^ La protéine R1 est une protéine avec un P majuscule.

Solid taste and mixes well with water or milk. Love that it’s triple filtered for the most important stuff. A little expensive but it’s got some extra goodies mixed in that make it all worth it. BCAA’s and glutamine. By far my favourite protein, looking forward to trying the cookies and cream (only tried the basic chocolate).
Mixes great not chunky or hard to mix tastes great you for sure get what you pay for and then some I have had tons of different proteins this one is head and shoulders above the rest .
In terms of protein it delivers as expected, however the taste and mixability could be improved. I tried it with multiple variations (e.g. oats, water, milk, etc.). The sweetness (sucralose) of the product is just too overpowering for my liking. After struggling through this container, I'll be trialing another brand.
