HERC’S was founded close to three decades ago by Dave Dekker who wanted to create a health-focused lifestyle brand, an antidote to intimidating and outdated shops. He envisioned an experience that welcomed people of all ages and fitness levels, providing guidance with absolutely no high pressure sales.

Today that vision is found throughout Canada in independently owned HERC’S Nutrition stores and online at hercs.com.
